This page covers what kevinaimentor collects when you visit the site, book a session, or sign up for the curriculum. The short version: we collect what we need to teach you and coordinate sessions, we don't sell your data, and you can email us anytime to see what we have or ask us to delete it.
When you start a booking, the form asks for your name and email so we can confirm the session and send calendar details. If you complete the booking through our scheduling provider, that provider also collects the data you enter in their checkout (your name, email, payment details, and any notes you add).
Signing up for the lessons creates an account tied to the email you provide. We store the email, the courses you've accessed, and basic progress markers so the lessons can resume where you left off.
Like most sites, we may log standard request information (page visited, referrer, approximate location based on IP, browser type) for security and to understand which lessons people actually finish. We don't run cross-site advertising trackers.
When you sign in to the curriculum, we set one strictly necessary cookie named portal_session. It's what keeps you logged in as you move between lessons. This cookie is required for the portal to work, so it isn't optional and there's no way to turn it off while staying signed in. It holds a session token, not your personal details, and it isn't used for advertising.
To find the exact spots where students get stuck, the lessons measure how people move through them. This includes things like time-on-lesson, scroll depth, and quiz attempts. We use that to fix confusing sections and to figure out which lessons need more work.
Your email is never written to this telemetry log in the clear. Before anything is recorded, your email is run through a one-way SHA-256 hash, and only that hash is stored. A hash is a scrambled fingerprint that can't be reversed back into your address, so the telemetry log never holds a readable email.
We honor Do-Not-Track. If your browser sends a Do-Not-Track signal, the engagement telemetry stays off. Going forward, this analytics is also gated on your consent, so it only runs once you've agreed to it.
We use what we collect to:
We don't use your data to train AI models, and we don't sell it.
To support you and improve the lessons, the site operator may bring the pieces above together into a single internal per-student view, sometimes called a dossier. It pulls together things like your account, your progress, and the engagement signals so we can see how a student is doing, answer your questions with context, and spot lessons that need fixing. This view is internal and is used only to help students and make the curriculum better. It isn't shared for advertising and it isn't sold.
To run kevinaimentor we use a few outside services. Each one only sees the data needed to do its job:
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising.
You can ask us at any time to:
We keep your data only as long as we need it to run your account and the lessons. You have the right to ask us to remove your data, including the per-student view and the engagement telemetry, and we'll honor that request. We're still building the automated tooling that erases everything in one step, so for now you request erasure by reaching out to us and we handle it by hand.
To make any of these requests, email [email protected] or use the booking page to reach us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
