These terms cover what you get when you book a session or sign up for the kevinaimentor curriculum, and what you agree to in return. Plain English, no surprises.
When you sign up for the curriculum, kevinaimentor grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read the lessons, work through the exercises, and use the included materials for your own learning and projects.
You can't redistribute the lesson content, post it publicly, or sell it. The lesson pages include a basic copy deterrent on purpose. That's a polite ask, not an attack on you. The honor system carries most of the weight; please respect it.
A booked session is a one-on-one or small-group teaching slot with kevinaimentor over video. The price you see at checkout is what you pay for the time and whatever materials are listed on the booking page.
Sessions cover the topic you booked. Anything outside that, including ongoing consulting, building software for you, or work that runs past the booked time, isn't included. If you want more time, book another session.
To reschedule, email [email protected] at least 24 hours before the session. Inside 24 hours we'll do our best, but we can't promise a swap.
If a session or curriculum purchase didn't deliver what we said it would, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we'll work out a refund or a make-good. After 14 days, refunds are case by case.
The kevinaimentor curriculum and sessions are educational. They show you how to build software with AI tools using examples and patterns we've found to work.
Nothing on the site or in a session is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. If you're making a decision in any of those domains, talk to a qualified professional. You're responsible for what you build, how you use it, and what data you put through it.
The site and lessons come as-is. We do our best to keep things accurate and online, but we can't guarantee perfect uptime or that every example will fit your exact situation.
The curriculum content, lesson pages, written voice, graphics, name, and overall look and feel of kevinaimentor belong to kevinaimentor. Code snippets shown in the lessons are yours to use in your own projects.
If you want to quote, reference, or excerpt the curriculum somewhere public, please ask first at [email protected]. We're usually happy to say yes.
Don't share your curriculum account credentials, don't scrape the site, and don't use the lessons or sessions to harm other people. We reserve the right to close accounts that abuse the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where kevinaimentor is based. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. Continued use of the site and curriculum after a change means you accept the new version.
